How much will it cost to have my
appliance repaired?
The cost of repairs vary depending on the
particular failure of your appliance. We charge flat rates of combined labor and parts plus sales tax. Most
repairs average a completed total (parts+labor+tax) of $119 to $169.
What if the cost of repair exceeds $169?
If the cost to repair your appliance is more than $169, the technician will give you an estimate
of repair.
Is there a service call charge?
There is only a
service call charge (trip + diagnostic) of $69 if the technician does not proceed with repair of the appliance after
an estimate has been given.
Will the technician have the part with him?
It is impossible to stock all existing parts for all appliances, however
to save time for both the customer and the technician our truck inventories are stocked with as many commonly used parts
as possible.
What if my appliance needs an uncommon special ordered part?
The part will be ordered and when it arrives you will receive a phone call. There is no extra
charge for the second trip to the home.
Is there a warranty on the repair.
The warranty is for 90 days on parts and labor. The warranty is only good on relevant symptoms and components
replaced or repaired for the original service request. The manufacturer is ultimately responsible for the warranty
on replacement parts.
